This is an 8-week virtual psychoeducational support group for neurodivergent adults aged 21 and older. It is a space to share lived experience, break down the mechanics of executive dysfunction, explore chronic burnout, and other areas of interest.

The Neurodivergent Adult Group runs for 8 weeks and meets virtually, so you can participate from wherever you are most comfortable.
Sessions are psychoeducational and supportive, combining shared lived experience with a closer look at topics such as executive dysfunction and chronic burnout, with room to explore other areas of interest to the group.
