Helpful resources to support your mental health journey. Remember, reaching out for help is a sign of strength.
Start with the right kind of help
If safety is the immediate concern, use crisis lines or emergency services first. Clara’s site and contact form are not for immediate emergencies.
Go to crisis resourcesStart with the practical therapy questions first. Use articles, outside links, and AI/work transition pages as supporting context after the next step is clear.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. These resources provide 24/7 crisis support. Clara’s website, contact form, and AI-related resources are not monitored for immediate emergencies.
24/7 crisis support for anyone in emotional distress or suicidal crisis
Support for victims and survivors of domestic violence
Treatment referrals and information for mental health and substance use
Featured when work disruption is the issue
Clara now has focused support pages for people dealing with AI-related job loss, identity disruption, burnout, private AI reflection, and uncertainty about what comes next. These pages are for therapy fit and education; they are not crisis support or an AI substitute for care.
These links are starting points for learning or support. Clara is not endorsing every approach, app, or organization listed here, and you can ignore anything that does not feel useful for your situation.
If it feels manageable, try one slow breath or one minute of noticing what is around you.
A short text, a check-in, or sitting near someone safe can count. It does not have to be a big conversation.
Try one small cue that helps your body wind down, like dimming lights or putting your phone aside for a few minutes.
Stretching, walking to another room, or stepping outside briefly can be enough on a hard day.
If it helps, jot down a few thoughts or feelings. If writing feels like too much, skip it.
Notice whether you can soften the tone you use with yourself, even a little.
